Who We Are

Culture
As a team, we have a common goal and synergy among our people that starts with our customers. We are dedicated to their missions as well as our own. We are motivated to exceed their requirements in every task. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of service possible.
We largely attribute our growth to this unwavering, can-do attitude. Since becoming a majority-owned ESOP in 1997*, we have grown annually, thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of our employee-owners, our strong set of core values and beliefs and our solid vision and mission.
*100% Employee-Owned since 2015

One of the major charities our employee-owners support is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). They are able to participate through their Light the Night (LTN) Walks throughout the country. AMERICAN SYSTEMS continues to be committed to the men and women who serve and protect to ensure our freedoms.
